Christmas is here! What joy it is that we can celebrate the birth of the King, knowing why he came and what he was set to accomplish. That the baby would grow up to be the man on the cross taking on our sin and disobedience toward God. That he would handle it all and that we would find forgiveness, acceptance and freedom in him. This is better than any present and all the joy we can muster on this morning - and by his grace may we experience his joy on this great day.

As you gather we encourage you to read the account of his birth together and wonder at his goodness and how it can be that he would come to save you. Thank him in prayer and worship him with your words on this wonderful morning.
