Remember GX: People of the Mountains

We ask our heavenly Father to be their only dependance and master. We ask our heavenly Father to help those with nothing else to depend on to understand His love and depend on Him.

Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands. Ps 63:3-4

We believe our heavenly Father’s children can be examples and be His arm to help the weak. May they know He is our strength. 

We have thought on your steadfast love, O God, in the midst of your temple. Ps 48:9

Remember GX: Brother Ming

Not only is Brother Ming caring for his ailing mother, he is also the sole provider for his pregnant wife and two daughters. How is he supposed to prioritize God’s call to “go back to his homeland” and plant multiplying groups with all the (roadside emoji) Not only is Brother Ming caring for his ailing mother, he is also the sole provider for his pregnant wife and two daughters. How is he supposed to prioritize God’s call to “go back to his homeland” and plant multiplying groups with all the present demands of his family?

Brother Ming asks for greater clarity in how to respond to God’s call in this current season. Let’s ask with him.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” James 1:5

“How much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” Luke 11:13

“Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed”. Proverbs 15:22

Pray that God, the giver of good gifts, bestows wisdom, the Holy Spirit, and peace on Brother Ming. Pray that Brother Ming would ask for, wait and listen for, then obey the Lord’s leading. Pray for trusted community for Brother Ming from the Lord with whom to navigate this season.
