“And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!” -Revelation 5:13

One day, the indifference will be gone. The nonchalance in relation to God will melt away, and all that will remain is every creature exalting the Lord. It is now what all of creation groans for, whether we realize it or not. For those of us in Christ, it is a great reminder we were meant for and are headed to something so much better than life as we know it.

He will be worshiped because of his perfection, his power, and his glory. Because of who Jesus is and what he has done for us, we can get in on the action now, worshiping him for redemption, the forgiveness of sins and the new hope he gives us. Each of us will worship leaders for all of creation before the One who sits on the throne.

Today, worship, turn your eyes to Jesus, who he is, and what he has done. Thank him. Rest in him. And invite others to join you.
