One of the main features of the Liujia people, especially the elderly, is singing folk songs in various occasions. They sing when visiting friends, attending weddings, working in the fields, and even encountering friends. Most of their songs are related to love stories, historical events, and idolatry. 'Shizi Song' is quite a popular song among the Liujia. Translated into Chinese, this means 'Cross Song'. Sadly, this song is not about Jesus, but about stories of fighting instead.
