Remember GX: Language

During their relocation, the Liujia adopted many non-Chinese loanwords in their speech. Their language is formed from Mandarin and other dialects. The way they speak Mandarin is often looked down upon by other Mandarin speakers from the north. Historical records show that the Liujia were originally Han immigrants, so they have been categorized as Han, but they consider themselves different from Han because they have their own customs and language, and they are upset at being called Han.

 Yet you, LORD, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand. Isaiah 64:8
