Sermon notes.

Sermon notes.
Time Will Tell
Jonathan Shradar preaches on Luke 8:1-18. The Christian’s work is tending the garden of their soul.
Sermon notes.
Think about it…
If you are a Christian, the seed took root! Even so, which of the soils matches your experience of life the most and how do you position yourself to be good soil?
Does the realization of different "soils" change how we share Jesus with our neighbors?
When you don't feel rooted or fruitful, how can you gain those back? Where do you go when tending the garden of your soul is real work?
How do you contemplate your legacy? If all your hopes, hidden and otherwise will be revealed, why not live boldly trusting Jesus alone now?
Way of Righteousness
Jonathan Shradar preaches on Luke 7:18-50. Repentant humility translates to hope in the way of Jesus.
Sermon notes.
Think about that…
How would you describe the human longing for God?
Why do we look to things other than Jesus so fulfillment? How can we endeavor to seek Jesus more over these other things?
Why is repentant humility hard for us? What does it practically look like for us?
Does the grace of Christ really go this far? Why does that give us hope?
Who might you share this with this week? How are you breaking your jar?
